i just got a monroe piercing about 3 days ago and during the day it feels fine but at the end of the day i feel like its really scraping my gums. it also feels kind of like its suctioned from time to time.

i've heard of a dental backing but no luck finding anything like it on the internet. anyone have any info on it (what is it exactly? what does it do? where you can find it?)

thanks in advance!
