Or it could be my gums. I have a filling on the bottom back tooth and got it 2 months ago and 2 days ago I got root canal on the tooth above it all the ways in the back.

I have been in so much pain for the last couple days I can't even sleep. I've been taking advil and capsules for the root canal but I don't know where the pain is coming from. The filling or the root canal or even my gums?

I am feeling my filling with my tongue and it does have a little "ache" sort of pain. When I touch the root canal with my tongue I don't feel anything but the gums around it hurt.

I am so confused here and worried.

Well it isn't your root canal cuz the nerves are gone that cause feeling. You probably either have a sensitive tooth or an infection.
