...15, why ? its very painful for her and she starts crying sometimes . her mom has to come n massage it for it to go away, why does she get this ?

It could be a electrolyte issue. I would have her go to a doctor and get them to look at why it is so tight.

She may have DVT (deep vein thrombosis) its like a blood clot in ur vein. You are at high risk if u are overweight and inactive.. tell her to see a GP if she hasnt already
