Everybody has to move on.  If it's lost as in broke up, then you don't have to forget, but just focus on anything but her.  If theres stuff around that reminds you of her, get rid of it or retrain your mind to think of something else.

If you lost her as in died, you'll still have to move on.  You can honour her memory in many ways, but if she truly cared for you, then she would want you to be happy and find love again.

The easiest thing for me to SAY is to have faith (and it doesn't have to be a religious faith) that as time passes, so will your feelings. I know from experience that no feelings (good, bad, or indifferent) last forever.

Sometimes time helps - and a heap of ice cream!

Hearts can only heal in time. Not by revenge, Not by moving on - Especially not by suicide. I myself, have dealt with alot of heart break and i'm only in my teens. The best thing i could recommend to do was wait and try to remain friends with your ex - at least you'll have her in your life. But mate, i hope everything's okay!
