Hi, I went for a scan two weeks before xmas and they found that our baby had died at 7 weeks. As a was supposed to be 10 weeks gone they took me in the next day for an ERPC. Afterwards I continued to have pains and the bleeding got worse.
I had another scan and they found that there was still some matter left inside me - so I had another ERPC which was exactly 1 week ago.

Afterwards it was very different - hardly any bleeding or pain for the whole week. But when I got up this morning I found that I am bleeding quite heavily all of a sudden. I have a slight stomach ache as well.
I just wondered if anyone could let me know if its normal to suddenly wake up a week later with bad bleeding - or maybe if it its even possible I am having a period?
Ok... your kinda scaring me now, so your saying it probably isn't a period?

Go to the emergency room immediately.. and call your surgeon on the way there.  Do not hesitate.
