Is there a website or store that I can buy colored contact lenses without a prescription? I have 20/20 vision so I don't need any specialties.

Some pharmacists sell them.
Or perhaps you could try a beaty salon, even if they don't stock them, they may be able to tell you somewhere that does.

I'm sure there is, however I wear contacts all the time because I'm seriously blind. I recommend that you go to lens  crafters, an optometrist or any glasses/contact store and have your eyes fitted for contact lenses. If you just buy them off the internet without getting them fitted they could do some serious damage to your eye. Better safe than sorry!
