Now and then I seem to twitch at random times. It doesn't happen all the time like everyday, but it happens atleast once or twice a week or every two weeks or etc etc.
Just wondering if it's due to stress or some other issue? I'm only 21 years old and always working and curious what the cause might be?
My head all of a sudden twitches to a side a little...

I have no injuries or sickness...and getting a full check up this weekend, but still wondering if anyone can help out.
O Sheesh you guys are scaring me!
