cuz i think i have mental illness, i have hard time remembering stuff and wen at school i cant consetrate at the givin subject.

What you describe is not mental illness.

That's not the signs.  You may have a low iron count, this can effect your concentration.  Go and see a doctor, tell him what you're feeling, and ask to be checked.
