...each? Thanks.? I have heard that Marijuana is used as a pain killer for cancer. Is that true also?

1. Depressants (eg: Valium)- used for sleep aid, tranquilizing, etc
2. Opiates/Narcotics (eg: Morphine)- pain reliever
