you? I am allergic to wheat and gluten and soy so I eat rice and corn pretty much all the time. What is the healthiest type of rice for me to eat? Should I try to look for enriched?  I tried to eat brown rice but for some reason my body doesnt like it.

Brown rice is the best, but if for some reason you can't tolerate eating it then, I guess that enriched rice would be best for you.
