i was working at a oil refinare in side a tank the frist day on the job the foreman did not tell me a bout the hole in the tank it was dark no lighting no cover over the hole no gards and i walk in to the hole falling hiting my head braking my joue and noise

How in the world did you "break" your noise, and what is a joue?

Anyway, I don't understand why you're asking this on Yahoo.  You should have reported the accident to a supervisor as soon as it happened.  Since you're writing in the past tense, I hope you didn't wait too long.  If you did, you might miss out on any ability to file for Workman Compensation.  You could have also received basic medical attention if you reported it as soon as it happened.
