She turns two in December 2008. Should I put her on my dental and/or vision insurance for 2009? Or is it STILL too early?

Two is the right age for her first dental appt.  I would wait if you can for the vision until she is closer to 5 unless the doctor has reason to susspect her vision is off.

I would do it when the cost of her visits per year are more than the premiums. If she goes once a year for a checkup it might be better just to pay for it out of pocket because if she has some kind of emergency and you take her to the hospital her regular medical should cover it.
