My wisdom teeth have been causing me a great deal of pain lately and I was curious if anyone had any Home Remedies or OTC treatments that they have TRIED AND USED that work?

I have a Dentist appointment in a little less than a month and the pain is unbearable. I havn't sleep well in a week.

Please help?
Thanks so far.

I've been taking all sorts of medicine for it..
Excedrin, Ibuprofen, Tylenol..

It's not working so well.

Any others?

Yeah I know the pain, I had extreme migraines to the point where I was in bed for hours trying to get rid of them and my jaw just killed.. um, the most you can do is ice, the pain and take ibuprofen cause it works miracles.

Apart from pain relievers, your only option is extraction.  If you go to a good oral surgeon, extraction is painless both during and after the procedure.  It's really very simple.  You can even sleep during the procedure if you want.
