Do all of you have some visible veins? Varicose, or spider veins?

I have little spider veins on my thighs..and some on my calfs...I also have visible veins on my legs(I'm very pale)...they don't "stick out" are they varicose?
The mom: You sound like you know your stuff! So if they don't swell or stick out they're just regular veins? not varicose?

I do have 1 varicose vein, It's small, but it does swell a little....but it's the only one that does

i think they have to stick out. I know there are some treatments for it if they do.
